Got new shoes today! I was wearing heels that I haven't worn in awhile. My feet were killing me so I got new shoes.
I also got these new socks the other day. Frogdal Outfitters extra soft socks! They're really soft and very comfortable. The orange was cute, but I chose navy. I don't have the sandals though!!
Went to L'Occitane Cafe in Ikebukuro today. Had the fruit tart! It was gooooood!! Didn't have my camera with me so I took this with the cellphone camera.

I bought this soap the other day. It's called Black Paint. I first saw this when I was looking at a guidebook of Kyoto. When I went to Kyoto this spring I didn't have time to go to the shop. After coming back to Tokyo... I went to Mitsukoshi in Ginza... and found the store there! But yeah, I didn't buy it until recently. I tried it out... and it's pretty good, I think. My skin feels softer. (the white thing is a sponge! you use it to clean out your pores!)
この間、三越で洗顔を買いました～！顔気をつけて洗っているが、なんか、ちゃんと洗ってはないのか？！って最近思い。毛穴をしっかり洗ってくれる洗顔を探していました。以前から気になっていた Black Paint. 京都行ったときに買いたいと思っていたが時間がなく、店に行けませんでした。でもなんと東京にあったじゃない！数回使ってますが・・・今のところ良い感じです。肌がしっとりしている感じ。やわらかい？って言うのかな？やっぱりキレイに洗顔してなかったの～！？ってちょっとショックですが。まっ、そんなもんか。もっとこれからは気をつけなくては～！！！白いやつはスポンジ。顔洗ったあとに・・・石鹸が浮かびだしてくれたものを取ってくれるってやつです・・・たしか。（笑）
on the escalator i had a great idea for a video 45 seconds of hard hitting escalator action going down, though i am not sure weather i want to do a sequel yet as there is an escalator up on the other side i would prefer things to escalate down instead of up right now
I've been lazy about writing these days!! Anyways, today is a national holiday! Yay!

Went to Okutama this past weekend. Woke up early and headed out to Tokyo station. Sat and rode the train for about one hour or so to Ome. Waited about 20 minutes or so at the platform for the train out to Okutama.
Got off at Kori station. A few other people got off as well. Walked to the trail...and headed towards Okutama station.
Fresh air! Trees! River! It was pretty refreshing.
Stopped by this store that was in the guidebook and ate kamameshi. Walked some more... took pictures.... walked, walked, walked....
Finally ended up at the dam.
The trail from the dam to Okutama was under construction so we had to walk... along the road! Had trucks and cars zooming past us. Kind of freaky!
Couldn't be bothered to walk on the road all the way to Okutama station so headed to Shiromaru. Went home from Shiromaru station. So tired! Totally fell asleep on the way back!
So yeah... think I'll head out and go for a walk. Hopefully I'll be able to take some decent photos.
